The weather is not too bad here today. Bright and sunny and not at all bad in the sun.

Been out to meet a couple of friends for our usual Tuesday afternoon coffee at Costa. We've been meeting every Tuesday for over 40 years (we used to swim first back in the day!). I really missed meeting up when I was looking after Bob but I'm back in the swing again now. When we first started meeting up there were 12 of us. Now only 2 of us from the original group, the daughter of one of the ladies and my sister-in-law. It makes you realise you're getting older when you lose such long standing friends. :-(

Your weather sounds the same as ours.

We were told on the forecast that it could be 40 mph along the Channel coast and we still feel that effect inland :-|

Birds are very noisy and the seagulls love to pick moss off the roofs and then throw it down to the ground.
