'Poor' council has to try to get in cash to replenish the coffers after some expensive decisions, which fell through :-| |

They started charging us must be 6-7 years back .....very few took them up which meant the local dump was heaving with people so much so that the queue of cars stretched back to a major roundabout which caused havoc :-0 :-0 Others just fly tipped their garden waste :-| I paid think I was one of about half a dozen in our street :-0 :-0 |
