I have contacted support and they say it is a problem at my end.
I don't believe that and unless it is fixed I'll no longer pay for this site.
Last time it happened their technical staff cleared a blockage they had, but this time they will do nothing.
MyHeritage might be a better site for me. :-S :-(

Problems with trees on Genes go back to the very early days when it couldn’t print trees over a certain size.
It has never been sophisticated.

Personally, I don’t keep a full public tree anywhere on line. It is all on an offline program. There are little bits on other sites but not the whole thing.

The gedcoms problem crops up regularly on the Genealogical chat board.
