Firstly, it is highly unlikely that any family member might spot your post.

Have you looked to see if anyone has them in their trees - look at all me,
Members trees under the search button.

If you have the date of death you can ask the cemeteries office at the council. You may need to buy the certificate to get that. There is also the Findagrave.website, your fathers birth or marriage certificate will give you the right 1st name.
Added: according to freebmd Bertie William was born in 1907 and married in 1936.
Local newspapers may have something on your grandfathers cases.

There are a number of trees on Ancestry with Bertie William - one has almost 200, 000 names in the tree and the relationship to Bertie is put at 10th cousin 3 x removed going back to Paternal 12 x Gt. Grandfather !!

Those on the first page have his death but not a place of burial/cremation, haven't been through the other pages, but unlikely as less records listed.

Try contacting Norwich Cemeteries department as you have an idea of when death occurred. He may have been buried or cremated.

I have found local council parks and cemeteries dept very helpful

But it’s easier if you have the actual death certificate for its info that you can give the details from

They will probably make a search fee now though

When I have done it in the past it’s been free but genealogy research has taken off so much that many council’s get too many enquiries which take up time for them

Took a look a deceased online but he didn’t show

Norwich have uploaded two cemeteries

Records on Deceased Online

Earlham Road Cemetery, 170,930 records, from 1856 to 2008
Rosary Road Cemetery, 20,627 records, from 1821 to 2007

So not in either of those cemeteries

He could have been cremated though but these as are run by council so they will have the record
