Same here, Emma. I had an hour or two chasing my tail around Wales yet again before deciding to start from scratch with my Liverpool lot in case I missed anything the other day.

You know the feeling - so near yet so far away. (There's a song for a songstress there, by the way.) :-D

Mind you was thinking of taking up an old hobby of mine......cross stitch <3

Irish dancing - never done it Dermot, but I did do tap years ago. I liked it so much, my tap shoes are almost like new!

Is Pieces of a Woman good Ann? Is it on Netflix?

Ann, Swing, Jazz, Charleston etc invigorate me but I don't do it every day or I'd be on my knees. :-0

One or two long sessions a week are enough. Some of the other days I put on the music and dance full pelt for around 10 to 15 minutes each time and it's plenty.

I still stretch before and after though. I've had arthritis since I was 40 and I'm trying to keep it at bay as long as I can. :-(

Pieces of a Woman Von........Tis a bit dark but kept me watching. I found the sound quality very poor :-( :-( :-(

Joy it was doing those classes that made me realise how unfit I really am. I’m better

with bite size exercises for c 20 mins then rest. ;-) ;-) ;-)

Sunny, cold and the snow has almost disappeared.

No walks for me, Von. Still dancing but I found my groins and inner thigh muscles were aching after 50 minutes non-stop before cooling down last time. I was surprised as I am usually OK. It just means I shall have to be active more often - so more dancing. :-D
