Jansmith and Mistycat thanks for the link, I managed to get the worldwide for £89.99 for 12 months, my daughter had to sort it out with her email address as it wouldn't except mine, looking forward to finding all my ancestors in u.s.a, and south Africa many thanks again. Happy New Year to you both.

My subscription expired today, when I opened Ancestry to renew, having not been on there for a couple of weeks, this is what I found...of course, I jumped at it...

The site above offers World Wide for £99 per 6 months.....so can’t touch £89.99 for 12

Thanks for your replies, Namelessone, I haven't put my tree on their site,Mary changing my email address is worth a try. Cornish Susie, I might just ring them, they can only turn me down! Mary I know how you feel. :-(

My thoughts exactly, why not give to those who have paid in full since 2007.
I'am thinking of not joining again when this years sub runs out.

Try ringing them - they are usually very helpful and will try very hard to keep you as a member often offering you a good deal.

Try using a different email address.

But if you have your main tree on there you will have a problem.

My ancestry subs are about to expire on the 4th January, I'm a bit annoyed as they have an offer on for new members to join at £41.99 for 6 months which finishes on the 4th, - is it just me, I feel there's no loyalty to existing customers?
