Oh poor thing.. I hope he will heal and will lose what's left of the arrow.

How could anyone shoot him and leave him like that?

I don't read links posted on here, but I know the story. It is almost old news!!

The arrow was cut short. The vets and others decided that it did not seem to have caused any internal damage, and trying to remove it entirely would only leave a nasty open wound that would easily get infected.

So they just cut it short enough that it would not catch on anything.

As to who would do such a thing .................

an idiot, that's who.
