I have two old clankers to the grandmothers, one is about 150 years old but i don't really use them.

I did get them done up a coupe of years ago and found a brilliant company in Pompey It is a father and son company who specialize in sewing machines and Dad started his apprenticeship in 1950 so he was very pleased to work on manuals.

Like Sharron, I have 2 ancient ones, and a 'vintage' one, bought by my ex for my 18th birthday.
It's a semi-industrial number, innovative in it's time - a Vigorelli, and still working despite never having a service.
However, too old to be computerised.
