I think it is fun. It started in South Shields but I wouldn't swear to that.

I'll have to dig out me best dance frock for next Friday cos I sure as hell can't get into my wedding dress!!!

In our region, and quite the opposite to dress-down Friday. A great way to raise funds.

Someone even had her wedding dress on and even our weather girl had a sparkly evening dress on.

And blokes are joining in too. :-D
