Fermipan yeast.

Has anyone used it in a bread machine, is it granules and do you put it in the yeast compartment of your bread machine please.

Sainsbury's sells live yeast. You have to ask for it at the counter which sells fresh baked bread, cakes etc. They will ask how much you want - 50-100g should be ok.

Most supermarkets have their bakery counters closed along with fresh meat and fish counters so it might be difficult to buy live yeast.

I’ve never heard of Fermipan yeast either. The normal dried yeasts are available at supermarkets if you can get out yourself or have someone who can shop for you, or perhaps include it in a delivery.
