The sweet addiction for me was boiled milk with black treacle stirred in, um might have to try that again. :-D

What I think to be a particularly delicious drink is the juice round Lidl gherkins.

I used to drink vinegar too :-)

Having noticed my tin of condensed milk was near it's 'use by' date, I had it on some tinned fruit, then by the spoonful.
I've bought another tin and await it's 'use by' date :-D
I know I shouldn't eat it - but won't waste it!

When I was in my teens, on Friday eves my friend and I went to the chippy and got 4 pickled eggs each and 4 pickled onions. They were scrummy.
As for piccalilli, I still love it and daddies sauce mmmn.

I also use to drink the vinegar when the onions were finished!

Florence in the hebrides :-D :-D

I don't dilute it with the cheese.

I have always said that OH would have no worries if the Milk Tray man came down the path but it would be a different story if tat man with a jar of pickled onions came by,

As long as it makes you happy Sharron. And doesn't have unfortunate effects to make OH unhappy!! ;-) ;-)

Even when you take the sandwich spread into account?

I have resurrected an addiction I had in my teens and forgot.

Now I am far more addicted than I ever was then.

In the last week I have eaten two jars of picalilli in sandwiches, on it's own. I suppose it keeps me off the pickled eggs(which reminds me there is a jar in the cupboard!) and gherkins.
