Among my shopping from Ann's store I. had in my basket a pack of mini frozen yogurt lollies. The queue was into the aisles but everyone was friendly and chatting while waiting. On my way out of the food hall I spotted a cheerful red cardie I wanted so joined another queue to pay for it. By the time I got to the till the lollies had started to go soggy so went back to the CS desk and the young man changed them for me.

It was unprecedented of course but I suggested they turned the heat down if they could not deal with the queues quickly.

I can't remember if I thanked everyone so I'll thank you all again.
