I had this happen last year, but I can't check it out because the relevant page only comes up when your subscription is due. Perhaps someone else will remember. I do know that if you try and do it before the due date, you have to pretend to be a new member, but after getting the email there is a box where you can put in your new card number. Is it somewhere under "My Account"? |

Can't you just reply to the email giving them your account number? |

Thank you that is very helpful. The email I received was a "do not reply"one so I could not contact them that way. |
