Contact Number for renewals

Does anyone have a contact number for renewals?

I have an email saying they cannot renew my membership on the card they have. This is because I have a new card but I cannot see where to enter the new one. I can only find starting as a new member.

Very confusing and annoying

Any advise would be most welcome

I had this happen last year, but I can't check it out because the relevant page only comes up when your subscription is due. Perhaps someone else will remember. I do know that if you try and do it before the due date, you have to pretend to be a new member, but after getting the email there is a box where you can put in your new card number. Is it somewhere under "My Account"?

Can't you just reply to the email giving them your account number?

Copied and pasted from under the "Help" section at the top of the screen:-

How do I change the card I pay with?
We don't actually store your card details online. If you want to use a different card for your auto-renewal payment, you can do so from two weeks before your renewal payment is due.
Here’s how you can change the card details.
• Select the option to renew your membership on your Genes Reunited homepage by clicking on 'subscribe'.
• Choose the membership package that you'd like.
• Click on the green box titled 'Subscribe'. This is to the right of the payment options list.
• If you are a Platinum subscriber you’ll see the Additional Features page where you can add other records to your package. Standard members won’t see this page.
• This will take you to the payment page. Please ignore the box at the top prompting you to enter your password.
• Go down to the next section and enter the new card details.
This will then be the card we’ll use for future payments.

Thank you that is very helpful. The email I received was a "do not reply"one so I could not contact them that way.
