I dont like them so never make any plus I dont ever mention pancake day either so OH is none the wiser.. ;-) :-D :-D.

I had my first for years yesterday.

Not quite the same as I remember as I used to have lemon juice and sugar on them.

Now that I have type 2 diabetes the sugar is out so I put some plain yoghurt on them...not the same :-(

I made the batter about an hour ago, ready for dinner in another hour.

Bought a lemon while out for coffee

Sugar in the cupboard ....... I rarely take sugar, except on these pancakes.

OH will toss hiss as usual ................ he's a dab hand at it :-D


Sent an email to daughter early afternoon ........ she'd forgotten all about it, but she's 4 hours ahead of me, so I don't think they'd be having them :-(

My daughter makes lovely Scotch Pancakes and I was really looking forward to having a few last night. She started a batch after dinner

She didn't make her usual big griddle pancakes but, made boring crepes instead. :-\ :-\
