SEEING THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS SOME OF US
ARE LIKELY TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON PRESENTS
THAT THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS THERE'LL BE HALF
PRICE IN SHOPS,BUT HOW FAR WOULD YOU HAVE GONE
FOR A SALE ITEM,
WOULD YOU HAVE CAMPED OUT FOR DAYS LIKE THEY USED TO
SLEEPING ON THE PAVEMENT,
MA Y BE TO GET A TV FOR £100 OFF,
I KNOW THOSE DAYS ARE OVER THERE ARE SALES ON ALL
THE TIME BUT SOME FOLK DID GIVE YOU A LAUGH. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Just wish sometimes I had the discipline to save some money for the sales. Like most, I tend to spend silly money in December (average family spending in UK is over £800 - mostly on rubbish). And I am VERY average in everything.

Then when you can buy a 40" 3D HD etc TV in January for £49.99 - guess who can't lay their hands on £49.99. :-( :-(

Never queued up overnight for a sale, but have slept on the pavement overnight to get a mortgage. Does that count?

We think that its too easy to get caught up in Sale Fever so you end up buying something you don't really need or want just because it's going cheap. If you really need an expensive item- furniture, electronics, white goods- go with an open mind. They aren't normally all snatched up in the first 10 minutes.
