Well wasnt that successful!! grandaughter came to pick me up in her sporty car.Was very low sprung so getting in the passenger seat was very awkward. I slumped down in the seat but my arthritic knee didnt like that at all.

Daughter picked us up from granddaughters flat and we went into Chatham, Problem then my knee was very painful and I was having problems walking , we did park in the Pentagon car park and have a Subway snack my first!, for a lunch snack, not that impressed I must say

I limped out of the Pentagon and tried to be part of the shopping but b knee was too painful.
I sat and waited for the others to do their shopping . Granddaughter wasnt able to get her her wonder bras cos they didnt have her size or shape

Daughter took me home first so i didnt have to change cars.

Bloody knee is very stiff and painful today . i am up but not dressed even now cos have problems trying to get around

Am a bit pissed off now cos I had got the knee to a comfortable place buts its back to square one again.

Having BIG problems getting around. OH needs me to be on top driving form . I wasnt able to get him to Church last week cos he wasn't up to it so he relies on me.

I want to help him keep up with his Catholic beliefs and everything he holds dear just in case . Wouldn't want him to be in limbo if anything happens to him.

BIG responsibility I have taken on ,but willingly cos know how much it means to him
