im looking for any help to find my cousins marriage cert he was born in 1951 parents Betty palmer and John leach i think his wife could of been joy smith but not sure if its the right cert many thanks david

This is slightly 'odd' request and one wonders why you can't ask him yourself?

There are several marriages which might be his, depending on when and where the event took place. One of those does match the name you have although she did have an alternative surname.

Although I could be wrong, I was under the impression that if you wanted to order a birth or marriage certificate within the last 50 years, you do need to provide additional details. You won't be able to see the certificate on line, you have to purchase it from the local registry office or through
