I must admit I can't keep up with what
has been going on with some threads
which I haven't found to be breaking any
T&Cs.
As for the RRer the least said the better.
It is very annoying to read these threads and mull
over what others have added to find when I look for
them they have been deleted or RRd, for no reason at
all that I can see.

If it was GR and not Lynda who removed the opening post and thus the thread then it is as Ann says, disgraceful.

Having read Lynda's OP and having posted on the thread myself I agree with Ann, Roy and Shirley, it contained nothing that breeched GR's current stated guidelines and terms and conditions of board use.

Does GR think that the Leveson Report was about genealogy site use as well as the press? It wasn't.

EDIT: I have just read on another thread that it was GR and not Lynda who removed the opening post.

Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

They will soon wonder why the boards have gone silent. I know they have somebody new in charge, I wonder if they are changing/tightening the rules in that anything RRd is automatically deleted to save time.
