Yes - I've had real trouble logging on and don't know if my message went to support or not. |

Yes - directly after I installed IE11 yesterday (separate thread on this begun by Mrs. M.) I re-installed GR on Firefox, works fine and I can now get GR on IE11 but with that error banner on top. I have also this afternoon been able only to access my bank but not able to type my passwords, again re-installed on Firefox satisfactorily. Accessed a web-mail account but unable again to type passwords, got in another way. |

Last night I signed out of GR hoping the error banner would be gone in the morning. |

I can get on to Genes via IE, get on to community, went to a quizzes thread but on trying to submit my contribution got the error message (general error, not GR's) again and l cannot navigate further. All well on Firefly so not blaming GR. |

As I said earlier ,all my hiccups - including others besides on GR -happened after installing IE11. Now I normally don't investigate what's there when Windows produce updates to install, I only checked and asked advice after reading Ronald's warning on the other thread. I think plenty of people will have installed it automatically this week (on Tuesday) when it was made available to Windows 7 without checking what they were installing. |
