Apart from a next day delivery mobile phone I had recently...the last parcel I was expecting turned up 6 days early...which is just as annoying, as I read the email that morning of expected delivery date...so could have gone out and missed it.

The foreign delivery driver did not understand when I told him it should'nt be here yet :-)

I waited in all day for a delivery(betwen 8am/6pm) last Wednesday and they never turned up,Rang then around 5-30 pm anf they told me definitely on the van for todays delivery.

I had an appointment on the Thursday which I told them aboutand not to deliver on the Thursday.

Came home after 7pm and didn't notice until 8pm that there was a card through the letterbox.

It said """left the goods in the back garden" so I went outside and found the boxes wet throughand falling apart when I tried to pick them up.

When I opened one4 of the boxes the contents of one on the buckets was all over the bottom of the box and the bucket was smashed.

Rang them the next day abnd complained and they gave me the postage back and another bucket full of Fatballs.

It's so annoying when they don't give an estimated time for the delivery.

I am sure it is laziness, they must have to plan their route before they set off so could give at least a half day estimate.

JUST arrived so yes they are within the 6pm latest slot But think they should be more precise , surely they know how they have packed them on the delivery lorry so can do a more accurate delivery prediction

So annoying when that happens, I had the morning off work the other day for someone coming between 9 and 1. Wen I phoned up at ten to one they said it was booked for between 12 and 4 :-( :-(

Bought some goods online on Thursday last and paid for delivery today .

The time was given between 7am and 6pm so was up at 6.30 and showered and dressed just in case!!

STILL waiting at 16.41 for any sign of them . so frustrating not being able to move just in case the door bell goes.

We even went out individually to put the rubbish and recycling out just in case we missed em.

They better deliver or can see a strong complaint coming on.

All the same if i took a day off work , I could have been home by now and still waiting .

Thankfully that isnt the case cos am retired but they dont know that :-| :-P
