Shirley~I,m getting the hang of it Report 31 Oct 2013 16:04

One of our cats, sadly no longer with us, was really an outdoor cat, would pop back in evening to be fed and stay about an hour then was off again. Would sometimes pop back during the day and to have a kip. A couple of times we went out and he was still in . When we came back and went into the bathroom he had gone into the shower and done his business in the tray. Would see traces of pee around the plug hole but he would poo at the back of the tray . Not nice but easy to clean up rather than do it somewhere in the house

Think yourselves lucky, one of my five, which one I don't know, poo's over the bath plug if he-she is taken short.

It could be worse,I suppose, it could be in the kitchen sink. :-| :-| :-|

Well done Desmond!! <3

When I lived in Mevagissey, our cat went missing for 4 days. She was eventually found in an empty holiday let . She was a bit thin, but had only done her 'business' around the toilet!!

Hmm he could have used the loo like my daughters cat does. I would not have believed it if I had not seen it with my own eyes :-0

My cat, Desmond, has a litter tray in the wet room. Sometimes he sits beside you companionably when you are about your ablutions.

I was doing the wet room floor today so I took the dirt box out and emptied it.

I have to do the floor in two goes because it does my back in so was sitting in the kitchen supping tea when he decided he needed to go in the wet room.

Not being quick enough to make up the new dirt box and get it in there in time I thought he would probably wee on the floor and it would serve me right to have to mop it up.

He was in there hollering so I went in ready to get the box ready only to see him squatting over the shower drain. I think he was asking if I approved, which I did.

Don't know where he got the idea from but, then again, I don't know what OH gets up to in there!
