Hello


Hope you are okay.


I have a problem with my internet provider.

They decided to change the way the account was handled and
trebled the cost of the bill for one month. :-S

The provider is the name of a fruit.

I have never exceeded the specified amount of GB
they allow for what I pay.



Can you please recommend an alternate provider?

Only use the connection for research, on A******y and some basic shopping.

No blogging, facebook, or downloading.

Very simple stuff.


I would be very grateful for your help.

I have recently gone to Talk Talk, they where so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them!! I ended up with a great deal and all the service and help I have received are next to none.......I have unlimited now which is perfect.....

I have been with talktalk for a few years...continuation of onetel....been very satisfied and have a good package...OK do speak to India for customer relations ,but very polite and helpful.
Don't have TV,but telephone,broadband.All time Calls including International...very reasonable...Pay line rental once a year .up front and save about £60 doing it that way.
Hope you get a good deal whoever you go with....shop around.

no sky and no blackberry (we'll there is the fruit!)


My old man hyperventilated when he saw the bill and I wanted
to prop up the local bar. That's strange. It should be the other way around. :-S

I use Utility Warehouse for the full package and they are first class - electricity, gas, telephone, broadband and wi fi - when I changed to them they even called at my house to help me set up my computer - their call centre is all British and they are extremely helpful

A month after I signed up with them - that was about three years ago, they called on me a month after signing to ask if everything was OK and if I was happy with everything - which I was

Have been with talktalk for seven years now. Have phone and internet - saved a lot when I changed from BT. Quite happy - so far.

I too am on TT make sure you get the best deal I have internet/phone - local and international which sometimes they don't give you but ask and see if they do that is if you phone abroad
