of hubby cooking the dinner.

Slow roasted Brisket of Beef,
roast tatties,
mashed swede, roasted parsnips, carrots and Peas.
Yorkie puds and chipolatas and for Zo and Nath roast chicken as well.

Pudding is what I asked for last night (and he remembered) Steamed chocolate sponge and chocolate sauce

After all those biscuits that is a list of pure nauseating hell........but I will come to dinner next week :-D :-D

Roast chicken, stuffing, parsnips and potatoes.........swede, sprouts, carrots and peas going on over here Dawnie.

Not forgetting the yorkshire pud, mint sauce and lashings of gravy of course!

well we had one of Sainsbury.s two portion Chicken with madeira sauce chilled portions
Was with Sainsbury roast potatoes .fresh carrots and broccoli spears and cheese sauce.

Very tasty.

I tend to use the chilled chicken potions as there are only the two of us at home

Only two of us as well but we have roast gammon, roast potatoes, carrots and honeyed parsnips plus green beans, baby leeks and cauli in white sauce.

tinned peaches and Greek yoghurt for afters.

there will be enough beef lest over for hubby to mince down to make a cottage pie and any chicken left over (its only chicken breasts) the dog has in his breakfast as he is a fussy little whatsits and eats his meat then goes back later for his dried.

Lucky you Dawn!

Just cooking my dinner, just for me, after cooking for family and their friends for over two months. All different tastes to be catered for, no red meat, vegetarian, no fat or carbs etc :-(

Today I having sirloin steak, roast potatoes, baby carrots,green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, peas and lashings of gravy :-D

Just hope I have adjusted to portions for one ! :-D
