	HOW MUCH IS YOUR HOSPITAL SPENDING ON AGENCY NURSES,I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT AND THEY HAVE STAFF VACANCIES How much money was spent by the Trust on employing nursing staff from agency (nursing staff, including health care assistants, nursing auxiliaries, nursing assistants etc) from 01 January 2012 to 31 December 2012 £2.2m LAST YEAR £2.2M OUR HOSPITAL HAS SO MANY AGENCY WORKERS THEY WEAR THEIR OWN UNIFORMS IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY WHO IS A NURSE OR CARE ASSISTANT I COULDN'T TELL WHO WAS NHS OR AGENCY,AND HOW MUCH DIFFERENCE IN PAY SCALE BETWEEN NHS OR AGENCY ?????

	I KNOW THERE IS A NEED FOR AGENCY WORKERS BUT HOW MANY ARE PERMANENT ON SITE EVEN THOUGH STILL EMPLOYED BY AN AGENCY,IS THIS COST EFFECTIVE I WOULDN'T THINK SO
