Class B misdemeanor (up to six months in prison) or up to a second-degree felony (one to 15 years in prison) depending on how much the formation is valued, according to the US authorities. You cant simply go around wrecking National Parks although you would probably get away with a hour on the naughty step and a hour litter picking in the soft UK justice system |
