Ouch, that hurt this year, I think she had a blunt needle, doesn't usually hurt. Arm aches.

GP I think it depends what is in the jab, every year is different as they try to track the different strains.

Emma probably as a result of the flu jab, I shall wait for mine now I have had the jab. And I don't care what the doctors say, every year I have had the jab I have followed up with either a cold or sore throat the following week.

They have been putting plaster board up today ready for plasterer

coming on Monday :-D Ther are a few bits to do end of next week :-D

While one of them was boarding at one end Fly was nibbling the boards at the
