my telephone has been down since the 12 oct estimated time of the repair will be fixed is 25 oct. cant belive how slow open reach are thank god we have mobiles. |

Tell me about it.....we have aol internet and phone line, but the internet is so slow sit here ages to load a page .. so decided when virgin knocked on the door to go with them.. should have been installed on 11oct waited in all afternoon when I phone at 6pm they said the was a fault on the cable between our house and road.. it would now be installed 23oct wow I did go into one as three engineerers were out my house that morning... today aol is going of so will be a week without phone and internet... |

thank you for your reply,s I tried to phone talktalk but all I could get was a machine saying press this for so and so although I,m with talktalk open reach own the line. so they have to do the repairs. not a happy bunny at the moment. |
