Would not be viable unless scaled up a whole lot.
It is energy negative - the energy used would be less than that of the oil produced although it could be driven by, say, solar panels.
Problem of dealing with residues and emissions.
A 1001 issues relating to elf n safety, insurance, operator training and so on.
Quality problems of fuel produced for re-use.
Problem of collection and distribution of fuel produced.

Nothing that a few tens of millions of dollars couldn't sort out.

Here and now alternative:
I take the packaging off in store and leave it in the trolley.
Free.
