If in doubt " Google" them (I use www.Dogpile.co.uk) and find a snopes or hoaxslayer site, for info........
I don't even answer my banks emails.........if they want me, they have my real address..........

I never open them Bob but I am never sure if they are scams or not so I will always ask someone on here for assistance. I'm afraid I am a bit of a worrier especially about things on computers, not being particlalry savvy about them. I do try though.

general,

"YOU" should never ever respond to these type of emails giving your details, bank account/passwords pin numbers...........

but sadly some people DO get sucked in........
