As I am sure you all know, I have been a vegetarian for a very long time and do not condone killing for food but this animal met an accidental death and it is doing nobody any good rotting on the side of the road when it could be providing food for somebody or their pet.

Blimey! Now wondering if I should admit I used to live in Sussex (Horsham) :-D

Researching:
Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

I have driven to Buckingham and back in the last week and on the way saw 4 foxes dead at the side of the road, today on the way back there was a badger and two small deer (muntjac?) that had been hit, all separately but how sad to see them there.

Glad you were ok Gwen even if the poor deer didn't do so well.
