I think this is what she must be. The one who passes the fruit on to Fred.

OH and I were both out for a short while the other day and when w returned there was a bag on the side containing a lot of small tomatoes and a cucumber.

Fred and his mate encountered her out the other day and brought home a bag of peppers and a pineapple. She also left on the doorstep a bag of Bramleys and some white peaches that were not particularly good but are cooking into chutney as I write.

I am sure people think he has to poke about in the hedges because there is no food for him at home and how right they are!

Hello Sharron,
I do not post on here very often but I always laugh at your posts about Fred and his antics.
He probably tells her you need something to do. Or maybe she fancies him. :-D

Oh I do so hope she fancies him. I have spent years trying to get him married off.

His big virtue is that he comes with vegetables, this week probably.

He always gets a bag of vegetables after Harvest Festival.

Subtle, really subtle.

Most of it is in your own minds. The pictures are all yours, I just supply the frames.

Sharron, you underestimate your power of the written word, you paint the pictures for us and we just embellish them a little.

Please please consider a book, it would be a best seller!

A legend in my own lunchtime!

I have never thought of Fred in the same light as Harry Potter but I suppose you could play Quiddich in an electric wheelchair.

He has had his Harvest Festival bag and I can tell you that lemon curd loses it's colour a bit when it is two years out of date!
