My OH & I went all over the world for over nine years with work.

Some jobs took over a year, some only a few weeks. In all those years, we never had serious jetlag. The best job lasted five years!

About eight years ago we had to to to the US for two weeks...... I was a mess! I was awake most nights & asleep during the day. Awful experience.

There are all sorts of theories about jetlag....... and most of them are seriously WRONG!

We're all different.
