How often after these tragic deaths have we read that 'The Authorities involved' say ''lessons have been learned''. it appears that lessons have not been learned, how many more innocent children will loose their lives before these people DO learn. |

We need action not case reviews, no sooner do we have a serous case review about the death of an innocent child - then the headlines are filled with tragic news about the death of another child, time after time after time, we are told these death could have been avoided, but innocent children are still dying, enough is enough, learn lessons and stop these un-necessary deaths "NOW" |
