How often after these tragic deaths have we read that 'The Authorities involved' say ''lessons have been learned''. it appears that lessons have not been learned, how many more innocent children will loose their lives before these people DO learn.

We need action not case reviews, no sooner do we have a serous case review about the death of an innocent child - then the headlines are filled with tragic news about the death of another child, time after time after time, we are told these death could have been avoided, but innocent children are still dying, enough is enough, learn lessons and stop these un-necessary deaths "NOW"

Opportunities were missed to save two-year-old Keanu Williams, who was also known as Kiwi, he died on 09 January 2011

There were "a number of significant missed opportunities" to save a two-year-old boy from being beaten to death by his mother, a report has found.

Rebecca Shuttleworth is serving a life sentence for murdering Keanu Williams.

The toddler was found with 37 injuries including a fractured skull and torn abdomen, in Ward End, Birmingham.

A serious case review said social care workers, the police and health professionals had "collectively failed to prevent Keanu's death"

Researching:
I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"
