I think mine have been pumped up...will have to ask him when he gets home....but I would have thought they were like bike tyres, if they look right they are ok |

You could take the pressure of the other one (Thats not flat) and use that as a guage. |

I have a Shoprider mobility scooter and I was told my tyre pressure should be 25 to 35psi depending on how smooth I wanted my travelling to be. The wrong pressure can shorten maximum battery journey time. |
