Do you sometimes want to go back into your bed and start all over.?

No specific probs but just feel all at a two and eight ,as mum would say lol,

Feel a bit down .could say p..ssed off but cant say why .

I need to do hoovering etc but aint got any inclination. think maybe its a bit of depression and it needs to sling its hook cos I cant be be going there

annoying feeling like this and not being able to rise above it :-|

Thanks Dizz its a bummer when you feel like this . I feel guilty too cos the house isnt up to scratch , ie my standards, and i feel a lazy cow cos things aint been done.

Did suggest to OH we get a lady who does in but he rightly said I would flitting around like a blue arsed fly before they got here cos i wouldnt want to come across as dirty .

Well one of the ways I use to stop me feeling down is...I take all my clothes off and make eye contact, then I do an Irish Jig, and then I fall about laughing :-D :-D :-D Easy peasy, Shirley, give it a go but make sure the builders aren't working nearby. I did it once and well I think I got cheered :-D or was it jeered :-D :-D <3

Shirley I always blame it on the change of the season, I dont suffer from SAD but suffer when the weather changes at this time of year, I find thinking positive helps even the months leading up to christmas fill me dread I dont know why, I could tell you why 15 yrs ago, stress of xmas coming and worrying I wont have enough money to buy the kids what they want.......cant blame it on that now. I think its lack of victim D.......lets all hold hands and sing a song and be happy :-D

Can't say why I feel this way but I hate it
Feel I am a lazy cow cos the housework is on the do it tomorrow calendar,

I can't live with it being mucky to my standards so it will get done but the feeling of being down isn't helping to get me moving my arse
