Apparently my sub was renewed automatically on the 25th, how do i find out how much i have paid ? I've received nothing telling me from GR |

McB I have just renewed my membership and GR did notify me before and after renewal, there was also a message in my inbox thanking me. |

I renewed last month, and I got an email 4 weeks before the due date, and a second reminder 2 weeks before. |

Hi McB. Any update.? I have just received a message saying that I have just paid for my subscription, but I have only ever paid by cheque. I am now waiting to see if money is taken out of my account, as I haven't given them details. Hmmm. I haven't sent a cheque as I am in two minds about continuing. |

It will be interesting to see how they have taken the money if you don't pay by credit/debit card. I don't see how they can take it without details. Maybe it is a glitch and you haven't actually paid. :-S |

I called at the bank yesterday and the money has been taken. As I am ambivalent about it, not much harm done. However just for anyone else wondering how this has happened all I can say is that some years ago I used credit for *extra information only. I have never paid for a subscription by credit I have always sent a cheque for the required amount. This *information has been kept and used to pay for the subscription. I can also say that I hadn't realised that I had marked the continuous membership, not realising the implication. I have now altered it accordingly. Will see what happens next year. |
