Well I am seriously thinking of changing as getting fed up with BT making better offers for new customers than I have got with them.

They have been going on for months about the new way to login into your email.

Well it changed for me yesterday.

There is supposed to be a tick box so that you can stay logged into your email for 14 days - nothing showing on my screen.

I have to now keep that tab open once I have logged in because if I close it for any reason I have to log back into my emails.

If I click on Home Page all I get is the BT login page again. Before if I opened a new tab and clicked on Home Page I got a page with a search box, display of how many emails I had etc etc.

Is anyone else having the same problems?
