Its not an entirely new concept. It can be done easily by oneself, via grafting.

If it wasn't for the cost (£14.99) I'd have a go :-D

Its not just balcony gardens, but any small garden if you've room for a deep pot. In our case, most of the garden is in shade; we have to utilise any patch that the sun can reach.
