having trouble with Uni grants and loans???

My daughters has been in the system for 4 months and nothing they keep asking for her passport details which we have sent 3 times once recorded delivery and they got it .....coz they told us!! but they dont know where it is now!? :-S :-S :-S :-S

They now say my daughter wont get her money til mid november!

It can be a nightmare, you need to get a name of someone dealing with her application and keep phoning and making a complete pest of yourself!

If she needs money when she gets to uni some student unions can arrange emergency loans.

we have been do that but they just say we need your passport details!!!! which they have confirmed they have got in the building somewhere! and have had them since 5th september (sent for the 3rd time)

but they dont know where and it will take two weeks to find them ...........it also takes two weeks to resend them
They get them which takes 7 days by post!!!
then they scan them in which takes 5 days !!!!!

what a mess
