If it won't melt cheese it's going.

I think those chocolate fountains are horrible and they stink but I have a funny view of chocolate where drinking chocolate is something of an unnatural act.

My husband bought a chocolate fountain when the grandchildren came to stay.

We only used it once, there was so much wasted chocolate washed down the drain when it came to cleaning it. We packed it back up in the box (complete with the instructions) and gave to ....yes you've guessed it ....a charity raffle

Hi
No the tea-light would not get hot enough for a Cheese Fondue.
You need a proper burner for Cheese.

Oh right.

I thought I might just have a go with it before sending it on it's way. The forks look like they might do a turn or two with the pickled onion jar.

I don't think these things are designed to be used, they are surely made to do the rounds as raffle prizes to save the rest of us from buying something to donate.

In a charity raffle on Saturday I won a M&S chocolate fondue maker. It has a tea light underneath it but came with no instructions (Do the words "unwanted gift" come to mind?) .

Well, I am not going to be making chocolate fondue in it because I find the idea of chocolate fondue a bit nasty but I was wondering if anybody could tell me if I could make a cheese fondue in it.
