Thanks for the reminder Gwyn, wear going to try to get to an open day, although at the moment we have loads going on.
Why is it that events you want to go to, all happen on the same day :-(

Usually EH do as well, but there doesn't seem to be a link on their site.

Its well worth an internet search for your area + heritage days for a quick search for what's available.

12th-15th September.

Many places open, -usually free, which do not often allow public access.
Special events too at other local attractions.
