I'll watch out for that one.

I have great admiration for Billy. He had a very unhappy childhood, horrendous most of the time. He believed in himself, no matter what others said...... and HE PROVED THEM ALL WRONG!!!!!

How sad I love Billy Connolly I will be watching his WDYTYA have always watched his tours around Scotland and Australia, always thought how bright he was and interested in people and things he met on his travels.

Zzzzzzz I too like Billy however past experience with WDYTYA , if I get all excited about liking the person and think they are ace at their trade I have been left disappointed...however I think Billy is a great host as he has been wtih his tours of Scotland and Austrilia so I hope he carries that with him in the show.

My OH pointed this out to me this morning from
one of his daily papers.
As I watch WDYTYA, Billy Connolly has agreed
to do this programme.

Filming will begin next month to attempt to trace
the comedian's family tree through his father William
and mother Mary, who abandoned him and sister
Florence when he was three.
According to a source the producers had previously
been turned down by Connolly. He had a change of
heart after talking to David Tennant.
