Sharron

Sharron Report 28 Aug 2013 23:14

I was engrossed in a conversation on FB with somebody I have not seen for years.

Don't know what I must have done but my big toe was stuck up in the air with cramp.

I have never had cramp in my big toe before and if I never have it again I will not feel that I have missed anything at all!

Oh Sharron, poor you <3 Cramp is horrible. I wake up during the night with calf muscles looking like blocks of wood, and toes pointing in all directions.

I use Muscleze, it's a powder you mix with water.... the chemist or a health food shop should have it. It works for me! It's supposed to taste like oranges, but if I got an orange like that I'd throw it away.
