George I live walking distance (well 10mins walk) to the Arches (as yes they are called that) I actually live in Los Narejos JUST. Give me a shout when you arrive please.

Rollo you are so right, I take it you still come this way at times ? By the way the way the driving will never be better in a million years. :-S But the bone shaker light railway from Los Nietos to Cartagena still runs ..been here 9yrs never been on it. :-(

We spend quite a bit of time at Islas Menores but not usually August.
I would be there more often but for the snail speed internet.

I can remember la Manga before most of the hotels and clubs were built, before the lagoon filled up with jellyfish and jet skis.

The roads are better but the driving is not.

The ancient boneshaker light railway from Los Nietos to Cartagena has been modernised with cute new yellow trains. Super.

Will be out there is October, right near Los Alcazares in Los Narjeos ( think that's how you spell it) :-D :-D.
We often go to a café by a big arch at the motorway junction, where the N332 meets the AP7,

George :-)

I was just interested as to where about´s roughly we all are.
For the part-timers what sort of months do you live out here ?
Since I have moved from La Manga I am still in the Murcia region of Costa Calida in Los Alcazares,
