	As you know, I am going for the title of Worlds Worst Carer. I thought I would do a sweet and sour for tea. Normally I cook some rice to go with it but Aldi had wok noodles on offer last week so I wound a coupe of packets of those in instead. It wasn't until I was dishing that I remembered that we don't have spaghetti because Fred only has one useful hand and finds it very difficult to eat. It was good fun watching him try!
