AS SOME OF YOU ALREADY KNOW THE SAGA OF THE WORK
TO BE DONE BY SOCIAL SERVICES TO MAKE IT EASIER TO
STAY IN MY OWN HOME RATHER THAN GET CARE,
WELL AFTER TWO YEARS OF FORM FILLING THEY AGREE TO
A STAIR LIFT AND OUR ONLY BATHROOM/LOO WHICH IS DOWNSTAIRS
TO BE MADE INTO A WET ROOM,PLANS DRAWN OUT WHICH I HAVE AFTER NEARLY TWO MONTHS I HAVE YET TO SEE,THIS BECAUSE OF ME GETTING
A WEE BIT WORSE HAS BEEN MARKED URGENT ,,AT LAST !!!!
NOW MY URGENT AND THEIRS IS A BIT OFF THE MARK,
THEY NOW PUT THE JOB TO TENDER THEN CHOOSE THE BUILDER TO
DO THE JOB ,,TIME LIMIT 12 WEEKS TO SEND OUT TO TENDER,,,THREE MONTHS,,,THREE MONTHS AN THAT'S CLASSED AS URGENT,
THERE TEMPORAY SOLUTION TO THE DANGER OF GETTING UPSTAIRS IS
TO MOVE MY HOSPITAL BE DOWNSTAIRS,MY HOUSE IS VERY SMALL ,SMALL
KITCHEN AND TWENTY THREE FOOT X TEN FOOT LOUNGE/DINNING ROOM
TO GET THE HOSPITAL BED DOWNSTAIRS I WOULD HAVE TO LOOSE SETTEE
ARMCHAIR AND DINNING TABLE AN CHAIRS,THEN WHEN THE WORK EVENTUALY STARTS I WILL LIVE AND SLEEP ON A BUILDING SITE,

NOW I HAVE LIVED IN ALMOST DERILICT ROOMS WHILE WORKING ON THE
HOUSE I FEEL MAYBE IM GETTING A SMAT TO OLD TO START AGAIN;

BUT I DO LOVE THEIR EMERGENCY TIME SCALE !!!!!!!

Oh Dizzi I'm sorry that it will take so long but hopefully it will all be completed by Christmas and it will make your life a littlE bit more comfortable

Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

dizzy I sort of know what you meen our bath/loo is downstairs I can not do stairs

I have two small rooms and I have had to make my dining room into a bedroom the landing is not big enough for a lift
