Ann, I'm sure that you will be keeping a copy of your message and their reply, just in case. I hope that you will get an appropriate reply soon to confirm that they have been getting their knickers in a twist today, confirm your continuous subscription, and that they owe you an apology.

There seems to be quite a few teething problems here today, perhaps because of the new chat sections.

My usual procedure for posting on a thread is to type, copy onto clipboard in case my post goes AWOL, then click 'submit'. I always get the dreaded error message. Then I go backwards and forwards to check if my response has been posted.

However today I have to keep logging on as well as all that! It could be worse I suppose

Possibly they signed everyone out to make sure they pick up the new message boards.

I sent to support to ask if the existing hobbies etc threads could be transferred to the new board. The reply I got was to say that in accordance with my wishes they had cancelled my continuous subscription. What???? where did that come from and no way do I want my continuous subscription cancelled.
