The save button seems to have disappeared when I want to edit individual's details. I've tried F11, scrolling up and down, left and right - all to no avail. Am I missing something here? Or do I need to purchase a copy of Computing for Dummies? Any advice would be gratefully received. Thank you :-S.

Hi Kenneth,

I had this trouble last year when I used Internet Explorer to access GR. I had to go into tools and make the info smaller so that the Save Button then fitted on my screen!!!. That was no good as everything was too small, or I had to make everything bigger and smaller all the time!! :-S :-0

If you change your browser to Google Chrome that should sort it out! :-)

I refuse to use Chrome.

I enter the details, change from 100% to 50 or 60%, SAVE then go back to 100%. Fiddly.

:-(

I use Firefox and everything has always worked okay on that. It is free to download and you can always go back to IE for other things if you prefer.. I hardly go back and use IE at all since shifting to Firefox several years ago.
