Dizzi Panda. If like me, today will be an ok day and - however soundly you sleep tonight, you will suffer Tuesday. A sort of day's delay in reaction to no sleep.

Having more sleep helps so much. And quite encouraging last few days, I would have thought. Hope you have a good day :-D :-D

Hope the new meds will continue to help you sleep more, I know only too well what disturbed sleep patterns do to your body Gwen. If you have no reaction soon, then life might become easier for you if you can stay on them.

How terrible for you not to be able to sleep sound all night.

Fortunately I do sleep well and all night but I do try not to go to bed too late,I find if I do I wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep .

I hope your new meds work better for you :-D

LATEST CHANGE OF PD PILLS,ONLY TEMP TO SEE IF
ANY REACTION (HOPE NOT)TAKEN THEM SINCE
WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT A HAD 2 HRS +3 HRS WITH HOUR
AWAKE IN BETWEEN THEN SLEPT AGAIN FROM 8-9;30 6 AND A HALF HRS
MOST FOR YEARS THEN LAST NIGHT ONE AN .A HALF HRS THEN 4 HRS
HAD ANOTHER HOUR 6-7,,,FEEL MUGGY HEAD AT THE MOMENT
JUST HOPE THE SLEEP CONTINUES WHAT WITH THE BLACK EYE AND BRUISING FROM FALL I LOOK LIKE A ZOMBIE
