This 'catchy' item just on the noon news. Thought you might get a kick from it.

Mississauga (Ontario - immediately west of Toronto) Mayor Hazel McCallion, 93, catching a big fish on Lake Ontario.

This big fish meant she need steadying by Toronto Mayor Rob Ford (who is ALWAYS in trouble for one thing or another!).
Hazel has been mayor since 1971 and is finishing her political career in a couple of months.
She is known throughout Canada - as Hurricane Hazel!
A very unique lady who will be missed by many folks.

PS. Hope you can view it in your neck of the woods.
I just thought about that!

Even though she needed help to keep her balance, for a 93 year old she certainly has strong arms :-D

She plays hockey / ice skates, too, DET!

About three years ago she was knocked down on a pedestrian crossing. She survived OK but I recall the pickup truck needed repair!

She truly is one extremely tough - and very well respected - lady!

Have a great weekend. It's HERE!
